Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your online order within 20 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted for exchanges only, and refunds are not provided. Please note that the original shipping cost paid is non-refundable.

Items returned after the 20-day window will incur a 30 percent restocking fee. For size exchanges, please include the desired size clearly written on the packing slip included in your package. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange promptly.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all original tags attached, along with any accompanying paperwork from Day & Plus. All returns are carefully inspected before an exchange is approved.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned: intimate apparel, undergarments, and any similar personal items.

Once your return passes inspection, your exchange will be processed within 7 to 14 days of receipt. Items that do not meet the return conditions, are damaged, missing tags, or are outside the return window, will be shipped back to you. Final sale or clearance items are also not eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance to protect your package. Day & Plus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
